How you “read” or read the words of the Practice. The differentiation is connection.

Reading:
» Let them be more than just words to you.
Reading the words of the process allow yourself to feel the intention (E3. Intention) of the Practice beyond the words. Let them be more than words to you, this is your choice (that you make). Allow yourself to go beyond (only) reading and thinking about the Practice. Allow yourself to feel it, to be with it, to live it (E1. Expressions).
Note: When you read something hateful you can at times feel it in your chest, maybe stomach (as ache). It can work the other way too. The words of the Practice have a positive intention yet we don’t pick up the feeling of this as easily as angrily written words. You can, will you (S11. Your Will)? You are feeling life this way or that way… choice.
» The philosophies of the process are lost on the ego.
Some may comment on the writing of the process yet will you look at life this way for one moment through these questions: How has your consciousness changed in the last year, five years, ten? Have the thoughts in your head abated at all over these same time periods? How have you evolved (thus enjoying life more) over the same time periods?
Could the writing be better? Sure (always) but what’s important being right or being loved (to you)? This Expression is not a request to accept this process it’s a request that you change (S1. Change) for your own well being…
» At times read slowly (read in time).
The grammar in places is intentional and purposely (all three syllables) slows down your reading. Sometimes simply read the words resisting the need (to critique). See the message over the arrangement (grammar) of the words. What do you feel over what do you think allowing you to notice the writing conveying all the little subtitles of life.
When you read the above paragraph and feel rushed, possibly anger that the text does not flow at your desired tempo it could be it’s working. The process intention is towards peace, if feeling anger is it possible it’s inside you (S1. Foundational Principles) rather than in the text? It’s possible to realize this isn’t for me as well, yet this is a different feeling than anger (annoyed).
Note: I’d like to tell you it’s all intentional, some of the grammar is the way I heard it some the way I wrote it down (only).
You might notice the change in tempo of the flow of the writing. Like music there is the idea of time in the writing. This is intended to slow down your reading to increase your comprehension. Read (the process) in time, notice your breath (during). Nice and easy look over the words, breath too. You might like to close your eyes periodically and feel yourself integrating the process into your Being.
Process:
» + Possibly don’t read all the bracketed (bracketed) words.
The following is an Expression from the Practice: You move through time (here) and towards your salvation (of the Soul). Read the preceding and following words yet possible only view the bracketed words as if they are an image or idea.
For some of us as we are reading we sort of “hear” the words in our head (if you read this way). Try viewing the bracketed words, so no thought in your head if you will. This is not to skip over the bracketed words, this is to work towards feeling them. You may notice this slows down your reading this could be a good thing.
You might not start with this technique but rather come back to it later. The intention is to deepen the way you interact with the Practice. You may discover through this technique a new way to read (interact with) words which could be beyond thought.
With this technique you may start to feel the words. First the bracketed one’s then more of the Practice content. You may even develop your own techniques as you start to notice the distinction between the idea and the thought (S11. The Idea).
For the Topic codes you can read or skip over them knowing they are there when you’d like more information on an interconnected Topic. A Topic code is for example (S11. The Idea) referenced above.
.». Examples
Did you read the words or skim them… you could skim through reading this text “yeah I get it”. Sometimes possibly read the text slowly, almost methodically word by word (possibly now). It’s the secondary lesson, the underlying lesson beyond the words (To Feel) that is the intention of this Practice. At some point it might not even matter what the words are saying (you can’t receive this feeling by skimming).
Note: I was looking to change a setting on my iPad and found an article on the subject. I skimmed the article, found the setting and viola, done. There are many different intentions for reading and many different ways to read. Presence with the Practice will help you move your life forward…

Eventually not one word in this process matters. If you change then the Universe succeeds, you are part of the Universal success (S5. Universal Connection). Know that what remains incomplete in this process you are here to finish (create)…
