You might like to look through the Element 1 Guiding Principles first as they support your navigation through the process. From there read through the Element and Source Topics in any order you feel, allowing the process to build on itself as you progress.

Ultimately you will realize; it’s not about embracing this process, it’s about receiving these ideas and changing your life. Imagine you could have avoided some of those mistakes that have accumulated as “failures” in your mind. You still can going forward.
