Source 5  Connecting to the Universe

   To Emotion

.».  Opening
     The idea of feeling your emotions to the Universe is about your emotional life connected to the Universe.  The action of emotion and how it affects your life (you) including what’s available beyond what you think.  That’s the whole point, the whole intention of all this work: what is there (available) beyond what you think…  Know yourself (feel) as an action to the Universe and beyond, declaring this is who I am.

.».  To Practice
       Note:  » The grounding posture (E2Grounding) can be a nice addition to your process of feeling your emotions to the Universe.  The posture can be used with each Exercise and as an addition to all the Practice through your life.

» + Send out the Emotion (of what you want to Feel) and the Universe and God will reflect it back to you.
       First with words for example I want …  then imagine you in that situation, actually living it.  Now imagine the emotion of that moment: send that emotion to the Universe (you grounding the emotion in the Universe).  Being this way you don’t limit your request to a possibility which may or may not be right for you (as you are learning to know yourself).  You send out the feeling (emotion) that you want to God and the Universe opening up possibility.
       Use partial Ujjayi Breath during the process (partial as in steady, long, deep breaths).  Send it out to the Universe and God with the intention this is the feeling I want in all areas of my life this is how I want to be.  
       Interestingly you can use a positive or negative example, what ever gets you to a time where you deeply felt life.  Even a negative moment produces a strong sense of feeling within you.  During that moment you deeply felt, though negative.  The idea is to get you to feel, to recall times when you felt powerfully, which is simply to feel.   You don’t send the pain of the (negative) moment you send the feeling.
       Examples could be a person you just noticed, a thing like a car or a situation like a job that posted online.  Sometimes it is a specific person, thing or situation (love at first sight idea), sometimes that moment sparks the feeling in you unrelated to that particular one.  Rather than focus on a person and possible situation focus on a feeling.
       You may notice this is challenging.  As you start to send the feeling thoughts will come in, distractions.  Notice these too, notice how your mind is not your own.  You specifically are attempting to send out the feeling yet unwanted thoughts and distractions are prevalent.  Releasing (the need for) these thoughts is part of the intention of this Exercise and the overarching Practice.  See S11Thoughts and S11. The Collective.
       Send out the Emotion (of what you want to Feel) and the Universe and God will reflect it back to you.

» + I am up for it, let’s do this.
       Connects with The Alignment Posture (E2. Alignment).  Send out this emotion to receive towards this feeling…
       Ask yourself are you (up for it)?  This only works when true, when free (there is no fear or fault).  Do you really want all those things you are dreaming of, are you open to (space) them?  You can’t fake this emotion, you can’t fool the Universe.  Only the ego fools you.  You already know it’s possible, go live towards it, through it.  
       Through it as in don’t wait until you are ready (S2Ready) as you never will be fully ready.  It’s always a journey evolving, changing, growing.  As a whisper hear: it’s only not ready in your head.  You may like to keep in mind: + My only concern is: how much energy can I hold (S4Energy).  This may be the limiting factor.
       Note:  Say you are considering the help of a therapist, applying for a new job, starting a new project, possibly calling someone new.  You might think you are up for it but if constantly hesitating to take action maybe there is work to be done, space to be opened.  It’s ok to take your time and be with the decision to move forward, this is different than hesitating.  The more you know yourself the clearer it will be when you are engaging in each behavior.
       At some point you may even take solace in asking for the challenge (of a moment) again.  Maybe you failed (perception) the first time, the second time, it would be easy to ask for a different outcome.  At one point you may ask for the challenge again, the opportunity (not the result) to live that moment, to show up (fully) as you.  This is the evolving of you (through life)… living, feel the strength (S6Strength) in this ask.
       Note:  Not the egoic attempt to try again, the ask to be.  Ask for the opportunity to be through the moment.  This way (S5Lifestyle) you (S11The You) show up.  See how your level of courage (connection) may have affected the past moment (S5. Courage).
       Possibly you have not felt this way before, or realize you would like to feel even deeper in to this emotion.  Send your dream to start.  Practice dreaming (S10. To Dream) to strengthen the feeling, to learn (evolve change grow) towards feeling.
      Note:  When you say this Expression (I am up for it, let’s do this), who do you feel you are saying it to?

» I don’t believe the Universe wants to tell you what to do.
       Rather than ask “what should I do next”, put out to the Universe the emotion you are looking for in your life and be open to receiving towards that emotion.  This method uses attraction.  Through the Universe you attract in the energy.
       When you don’t know what you want, how you would like to feel then that is a place to start.  “Of course I want the money” but there is no feeling (energy) to this statement, it’s only words no emotion (beyond probably frustration).  Set your intention and when you don’t know practice intention (S5Intention).
       Relates to above and S4To Feel, Send out the Emotion (of what you want to feel) and the Universe and God will reflect it back to you.
       + What do you want it to be (from the Universe to you)?
       So rather than “tell me what to do” answer this question.  Some fears may pop up here, you may not recognize them as fears (S2Fears).  This is the point where you are to be honest with yourself.  When it’s not working come back to here.  Then working together (You, Universe), create.
       Note:  I found writing this process very challenging.  Did I really ever want to wake one morning and it’s all done (for me)?  I’ll tell you I hope I’m not that person.  Maybe it doesn’t have to be so hard all the time though…
       + Be open to it flowing versus being requested to you from the Universe (to) ask permission.

» To say and feel:  My intention is to put my energy (open space) for how I want to be and the what then will be provided for.
       At the and you shift from saying to feeling.  You may take a deep breath in and exhale at the and.  You might try to imagine the what.  You kind of scan those last words (after and) while imagining.
       See how provided for is different than provided.  The energy will flow in the direction of, this is widely different than get (S2To Get Something).  Metaphorically you can stand on the bank watching the water (energy) flow by, eventually you are to go in (live) or you are to regret (that’s choice).  The energy is flowing, flow with it to receive.

.».  Expressions
The Exchange of Energy:
» For a moment will you see emotion differently than how you may know it, how you think or have been told what emotion is.
       This is to relax your beliefs (S1. Beyond Reason).
» + The work (Practice) is about feeling.
       Feel your wants and desires to the Universe this constitutes an exchange flow.  Part of that feeling is to share your emotions with (through) the Universe and sharing that feeling with others through your relationship in the collective (S11Collective).
» You are agreeing to let the Universe feel through your emotions.
       You are creating feeling (S4To Feel) through the Universe.  To feel a Being (S7Essence) who is open, who is connecting in with the Universe.  You are agreeing to let the Universe feel through you (through your) emotions.  Send out the emotion consciously…

Challenges:
» You don’t have to explain your thoughts (to the Universe).
       It’s always about the underlying energy when interacting.
» It’s not about another chance.
       Send out the emotion, this is what I like.  Ask for it, this is your (the) ask.  Feel into the block (blocking you from life), eyes closed, breath. (S6. Different Ways to Ask)
       Note:  Me: was worthy, hopelessness.  You: what is your block, possibly you have overcome it?
       » + I would like to experience…
» Sustainable emotion.
       Just below excited is the feeling you can contain, subsist.  Know yourself, know when it’s you versus the excitement, this is (to be) happy (S9. Happy).
» Sadness.
       It (sadness) feels so much too but yet this is not the intention.  Still you can send the energy (feeling) but there is something more beyond sadness.  The sadness may be a product of (your) love for.  Though sad there is love (blessings in your life).
» Frustration.
       In times of frustration you may find yourself sending out the frustration rather than what you would like to feel.  It’s easy to send out the frustration (S1Frustration), this is not your path.

Emotion, To Feel:
» Show the Universe where you would like to go.
       Through emotion.
       Note:  This is not always a place.
» Feel your emotions (to the Universe).
       Not what you think you should send, what you (specifically you) feel.
» Focus on the feeling, the what and (the) how will come.
       Emotion is all about fear.  When there is fear then that’s driving the emotion.  When there is love (for) it’s clearer the path.  This doesn’t mean if you love something it will fall from the sky and appear.  You play a part in all this (as it’s your life) and the actions (S5Action) that follow.  There can be both fear and love (simultaneously).
       Note:  If you were to ask me I can quickly list out all the things I want.  Deeper in I realized I’d like my time to mean something (to me).  
       Defining what life means to you (feels like) is the journey and where emotion will be most effective.  The way for this to happen is to disassociate from the ego, the way for this to be is to live free (S10Freedom).  You may have a list of things you want, is there another list deeper in?
       
Imagine:
» Will you imagine yourself with anyone of these opportunities?
       Know yourself (S11Know Yourself).  In your moment of regret, when the energy (feeling) is strong imagine the different outcome (with: smile-breath-posture).  While imagining… ground (E2Grounding). When you don’t know (S4To Know) attach to the feeling (rather than the person, thing or situation you missed out on (which is possibly perception).
       Note:  Don’t send out the story (conversating) of what you would have done in the missed opportunity (S2Regret).  That’s ego.  Sending out your story is different than imagining the different outcome.
» When you don’t see yourself as worthy you may have a hard time seeing yourself with the different life.
       Can you really imagine yourself in that situation?  Will you (S11Your Will).  The Trust prayer can be useful too (S10Trust) along your journey of emotion, worthy.
       Note:  When you try to imagine the life do you feel internal sadness?  That is the block, work to be done…
» I want the…
       I am inspired (E3. Inspired) to be with… the Universe feels this (feels your inspired).  You can only be with the feeling not the thing, person, situation.  To be inspired to be with… you are to be worthy (recognize your worth, acknowledge your worth, S4Worthy).  This is manifesting.
       Feel this as I am inspirited to be with the… (yours).  God want’s you to be with… (yours).
» Imagine the person you would like to become with those things rather than just getting the thing.
       This way you put your emotion and energy into you, who you are to be.
       Note:  Imagining your dream scenario are you nervous from fear or calm, happy?

.».  Examples
     “I noticed a person at a coffee shop but the coming together did not happen”.  Rather than asking for another chance to meet this particular person or situation send out the emotion or feeling of that encounter to the Universe.  You may meet that particular person or a different one, either way you will receive what you are looking for (which is the feeling).

.».  Summary
     Send the Feeling (emotion) out to the Universe and Spirit and they will reflect it back to you.  Not to get, to receive… the intention of emotion (sharing) is to feel the Universe and receive (S4To Receive).  Chances are fear is the block, worthy too.  Let go of the fear, recognize your worth… receive.
     You are going to get stronger through this Topic.  That doesn’t always mean get the thing yet you will be stronger…
